• I do not support NFTs or AI in any way or form
• I do not allow the use of anything I make for NFTs or AI
• I will block anyone I find following me that supports these things
• Any NFTs or AI creations involving my work are stolen, do not buy/ just report as stolen.⚜️General T.O.S.⚜️
• I only take €/ euro via PayPal
• Payment must be sent in full before I do anything/ transfer you anything
• Never remove my watermark or signature from my work
• Never claim my designs or art as your own
• Never use my designs or art commercially
• Never post my designs or art anywhere but on Toyhouse (always credit my main Toyhouse account: TheLoafNoodle)
• Never trace, alter, edit, heavily reference my designs or art
• No holds/ payment plans for currency or character transfers
• Max. holds for art payments is 1 to 3 months depending on what you offer
• Failing to deliver payments of any kind within the given time results in holds being removed and anything made so far art wise is not refunded (money payments if not complete would be refunded)⚜️What I will/ won't draw⚜️
• Basically any feral dragon (see examples so far)
• Will not draw anything NSFW
• Will not draw more than two characters together
• Will not draw any other things (please do not ask)⚜️Adoptables/ Customs⚜️
• You may not turn my designs into a new closed species (making them into an already existing one has to be discussed first)
• You may not resell my designs for more than what you paid unless extra value is added (personal art, commissions, gift art, etc.)
• Art you made yourself, trades, gifts, etc can add value but be reasonable with the value
• You may not resell any free designs I give you (only regift them), unless extra value is added (art, commissions, etc.)
• I do not have a trade lock, a design keeps their value even after being traded (for example: someone got a design for 30€ from me and you got it in a trade? It is still worth 30€ and you may resell it for that)⚜️About redesigns⚜️
• You may redesign and make minor changes, however the design must be recognizable (I do not allow overhauls of my designs)
• Redesigns cannot be detached and resold separate from the original design, any redesign/ color shifts or other changed designs must stay on the original one)
• You may not redesign anything I made more than once unless I specifically say you can (again to avoid changing the design too much from the original and to avoid them being sold separately)
• Before a redesign is approved you must check with me personally first (especially closed species designs, I will be much more strict with those)
